Social Marketing Manager
About the business: Colorful PH is a premium apparel rental service across the Philippines — formal dresses, business suits, wedding attire, and event performance costumes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end brand marketing and operations across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, including content creation and regular account maintenance.
- Plan and run targeted ad campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives to acquire both individual and corporate rental clients.
- Handle lead conversion, customer retention, repeat-business development, and partnership building.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize marketing strategies to meet online sales and performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internet marketing; a background in apparel rental, events, beauty services, or cross-border marketing is an advantage.
- Proficient in managing TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts, running ad campaigns, optimizing content, managing ad compliance, and controlling customer-acquisition costs.
- Skilled in targeted local outreach, converting high-value service inquiries, and encouraging repeat business.
- Able to analyze data and adjust marketing strategies based on market trends.
- Goal-driven and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiar with Philippine consumer behavior; existing connections in the wedding, photography, or corporate-events industries are a plus.
